3.Common troubleshooting of voice remote control:

B. Whether the air conditioner is within the control range of the equipment, the best distance is 8-10 meters, the angle is about 120 degrees, and there should be no obstructions between the equipment and the air conditioner.
3. The equipment will occasionally fail to learn, and the learning needs to be repeated several times. Some universal remote controllers may not be able to learn or can’t control the air conditioner if they are all successful. Please use the original air conditioner remote control to learn.
